Rehabilitation is the stage where a resident rebuilds a normal routine. Yoga and meditation in the morning, structured activity through the day, recreation in the evening — the aim is to replace the empty hours that addiction used to fill.
Towards the end of the stay, residents are guided towards skill training and work, because a person who returns home with no income and no routine is far more likely to relapse.
Contact does not end on discharge day. Our staff follow up by phone, and residents are asked to visit the centre for review. If a relapse happens, the family should contact us early rather than waiting — early intervention is far easier than starting over.
Our counsellors are available every day. Call the helpline or visit the centre at Sheohar.
